On May 19, 2022, personnel from our quality control department and technical support department were invited to visit Hubei Pulin Standard Technical Service Co., Ltd. and had technical exchanges. In the company conference room, Ms. Cheng Lihong, the general manager, introduced the basic situation and development history of Hubei Pulin Standard Technical Service Company to everyone. Hubei Pulin Standard Technical Service Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive high-tech service enterprise that specializes in providing third-party inspection and testing services and professional technical consulting services. It provides one-stop testing and filing services for customers in related fields such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food, cosmetics, disinfection products, agricultural products, and the environment. In recent years, the company has established a cosmetics efficacy evaluation center in response to new regulatory requirements for domestic cosmetics. The center specializes in conducting cosmetics efficacy evaluation tests, human safety laboratory efficacy tests, and consumer usage tests. Accompanied by Mr. Cheng personally, our personnel visited the toxicology laboratory, cell and microbiology laboratory, physical and chemical testing laboratory, and cosmetics efficacy evaluation center. After the visit, both sides had in-depth exchanges on professional issues such as the current regulatory situation of cosmetic efficacy claims, the efficacy evaluation standard system and safety evaluation methods of cosmetics and their raw materials. Both parties have reached a cooperation intention in conducting research on cosmetic efficacy evaluation, safety evaluation, and exploring the establishment of standards for cosmetic efficacy evaluation groups.
